Submersible Mixer/Agitator/Flowmaker เครื่องกวนน้ำเสียชนิดจุ่มใต้น้ำ
Submersible mixer หรือเครื่องกวนน้ำเสียชนิดจุ่มอยู่ใต้น้ำ โดยหน้าที่การทำงานคือการกวนน้ำเสียเพื่อไม่ให้เกิดการตกตะกอนทับถมกันที่ก้นบ่อ ซึ่งจะส่งผลต่อการบำบัดน้ำเสีย/การผลิต Biogas เนื่องจากเชื้อจุลลินทรีย์ จะไม่สามารถกัดกินน้ำเสียได้อย่างทั่วถึง ทำให้ประสิทธิภาพในการบำบัด/ผลิตลดลง นอกจากนี้ยังมีการใช้เครื่องกวนน้ำเสียแบบจุ่มแช่นี้ในบ่อรับน้ำเสียบ่อแรก หรือในบ่อที่ต้องผสมสารเคมีในการปรับสภาพ เพื่อกวนน้ำเสียและสารเคมีให้เข้ากัน (Homogenized/Equalization Tank) หรือนำไปใช้ใน Sludge Tank เพื่อกวน Sludge ให้เข้ากันอีกด้วย

With the aim of keeping the wastewater and sludge in full suspension and circulation so that sludge is avoided, Lind Jensen Wastewater had developed a complete range of mixers. All our mixers are supplied 100% customised for specific needs and via our specially developed calculation program, we ensure that our customers always get the best possible solution in terms of efficiency and payback time. We have Extensive experience and know-how from within the industry and these available to consultants, total contractors and procurement/operations personnel at the individual plants.
A large part of our product range has been tested at the Force Institute and as added assurance for our customers. We can therefore provide independent evidence of the energy consumption and efficiency for our range.
Submersible Pumps
ปั๊มสูบน้ำเสียแบบจุ่มแช่ (Submersible) ระบายความร้อนด้วยน้ำที่สูบ และแบบติดตั้งบนที่แห้ง (Dry Mount) ระบายความร้อนด้วยอากาศ ของ LJM เหมาะสำหรับงานหนัก มีขนาดตั้งแต่ 1.5 – 18.5 kW ปั๊มทุกตัวติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ตัดขยะ/สิ่งเจือปนต่างๆในน้ำเสียที่สูบ เหมาะสำหรับการสูบในระบบ Biogas สูบ Slurry หรือน้ำเสียที่มีตะกอนปะปนมากๆ ออกแบบมาให้ประหยัดพลังงาน และมีอุปกรณ์ติดตั้งที่ใช้งานง่าย ปั๊มสูบน้ำเสียของ LJM ติดตั้ง Mechanical Seal แบบ Oil Bath, มี Leakage Sesor และ Temp sensor เป็นอุปกรณ์มาตรฐาน ทุกชิ้นส่วนสามารถถอดเปลี่ยนได้ง่ายเมื่อครบอายุการใช้งาน
In addition to the wide range of mixers, Lind Jensen Biogas also offers several effective pumping solutions. Our product range includes submersible and dry mounted pumps, with motor sizes from 1.5 to 18.5 kW. All of our pumps are equipped with a cutting system which shreds the substrate, they lend themselves excellently to varied pumping tasks in a biogas plant. All submersible units are equipped with mechanical seals in oil baths, leak sensors and bimetallic detectors. All wearing parts are easy to replace and distinguish themselves with service intervals of 1-3 years!

We can offer you a unique construction with a Lind Jensen Ejector Aerator. The special construction means that it can be placed directly on the bottom of your tank and ensure the most optimal aeration and cleanliness of the tank.Lind Jensen Ejector Aerators are equipped with a fixed slide bracket for use on a standard mast.
The pumps are equipped with temperature and leakage control as standard.
