เครื่องบดตัดขยะในน้ำเสีย Muffin Monster เป็นเครื่องบดตัดฯ ที่ใช้ระบบเพลาคู่หมุนทวนกัน (Counter Rotation Dual Shaft Grinder) โดยมีใบ Cutter ร้อยอยู่ที่เพลาสลับกันในแต่ละข้าง โดยใบ Cutter สามารถถอดเปลี่ยนได้ทีละใบซึ่งทำจาก Alloy Steel ที่มีความแข็งถึง 40-55 Rockwell “C” เครื่องจักรที่หมุนรอบช้าโดยใช้อุปกรณ์ทดรอบที่มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะ หมุนประมาณ 50 รอบต่อนาทีแต่ให้แรงบิดที่สูง สามารถรองรับการบดตัดขยะ/เศษวัสดุที่ปะปนมากับน้ำเสียได้แทบทุกชนิด ไม่ว่าจะเป็น เศษผ้า เชือก หิน ไม้ พลาสติก หนัง กระป๋อง ขวดแก้ว รองเท้า ผ้าห่ม ซากสัตว์ ฯลฯ ซึ่งความสามารถจะเหนือกว่าเครื่องจักรชนิดเพลาเดี่ยว หรือเครื่องบดทั่วๆไป

Muffin Monster สามารถติดตั้งเข้ากับระบบที่มีอยู่เดิมหรือที่ออกแบบระบบขึ้นใหม่ได้ง่าย และสามารถติดตั้งได้ทั้งกับระบบรางระบายน้ำเสียในรุ่น Open Channel หรือติดตั้งกับระบบท่อระบายน้ำเสียในรุ่น In-Line ตัวเครื่องสามารถเดินเครื่องได้แม้ว่าจะไม่มีน้ำเสียผ่าน (Dry Run) ให้อัตราการไหลผ่านของน้ำเสียสูงไม่ทำให้เกิดการอั้นของน้ำ และมีระบบตรวจสอบการทำงานแบบอัตโนมัติซึ่งจะหมุนเพลากลับด้านได้เองเมื่อมีเศษวัสดุติดขัดที่เครื่องไม่สามารถบดตัดได้ในครั้งเดียว

The Muffin Monster, A Counter rotation dual shaft Grinder handle rags, rocks, wood, clothing, plastic, shoe, leather and other debris. With changeable alloy steel 40-55 Rockwell “C” cutter blades install on each side of the shaft. The machine runs on low speed but high torque.

The machine can be fit with existing system / or new design plant with Open Channel Model for the wastewater flow in Channel or with In-line installation to wastewater pipeline. The machine allow high flow through side rails and decrease head loss, able to dry run and has auto load sensing and reversals reduce interrupts and optimize the grinder’s performance.
