เครื่องกวนน้ำเสียแบบจุ่มแช่ Submersible Mixer รุ่น RVPG มีขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางใบพัดที่ใหญ่ 1700mm-2200mm ทำจาก Stainless Steel หมุนรอบต่ำให้การกวนที่นุ่มนวล 22-40 RPM แต่สามารถกวนผสมในบ่อที่มีปริมาณมากๆได้ดีทำให้ประหยัดพลังงาน มีขนาดตั้งแต่ 1.1-7.5 kW ความเร็วรอบมอเตอร์ 1450 รอบ ขับผ่าน 2 Stage Planetary Gear เหมาะสำหรับบ่อ Denitrification, Anoxic, Anaerobic ที่มีค่าตะกอนไม่เกิน 1.5%
The RVPG flowmaker is primarily applied in large nitrification and de-nitrification tanks to keep the activated wastewater fully suspendedwith gentle mixing. Basically, the propeller consists of 3
blades but it is also available with 2 blades. The propellers are available from ø1700 to ø2200 mm.
The flowmaker can be supplied with motors from 1.1 kW up to 5.5 kW – from 27 RPM to 119 RPM on the propeller. The motor is a 4- or 6-pole motor and it is joined with a double planetary gear. The motor is equipped with a temperature sensor in all windings and with a leakage control in the gear and in the motor. The flowmaker is also available in an ATEX-version.
