เครื่องกวนน้ำเสียแบบจุ่มแช่ Submersible Mixer รุ่น OMPG มีขนาดให้เลือกตั้งแต่ 1.1-18.5 kW ความเร็วรอบมอเตอร์ 1450 รอบ (และมีแบบ ATEX กันระเบิด) ใบพัดมีทั้งแบบ Stainless Steel และ Mild Steel ขับผ่าน Planetary Gear ที่ความเร็วรอบประมาณ 222-350 รอบ เหมาะสำหรับกวนน้ำเสียที่มีตะกอนปริมาณมาก 1.5-12% สำหรับใช้ในบ่อ Homogenizing, Equalization, BioGas Reactor เป็นต้น

The OMPG is a medium speed agitator aiming to mix high value of dry matters content. The OMPG type can be supplied from 1.1 to 18.5 kW – 4-pole motor –50 Hz, and with propellers in either stainless or mild steel.

The strong and study planetary gear will guarantee you a very powerful transmission. The propeller revolutions (RPM) are 222 to 350. The agitators are also available in an ATEX version.

RVPG – Slow Speed Flowmaker

เครื่องกวนน้ำเสียแบบจุ่มแช่ Submersible Mixer รุ่น RVPG มีขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางใบพัดที่ใหญ่ 1700mm-2200mm ทำจาก Stainless Steel หมุนรอบต่ำให้การกวนที่นุ่มนวล 22-40 RPM แต่สามารถกวนผสมในบ่อที่มีปริมาณมากๆได้ดีทำให้ประหยัดพลังงาน มีขนาดตั้งแต่ 1.1-7.5 kW ความเร็วรอบมอเตอร์ 1450 รอบ ขับผ่าน 2 Stage Planetary Gear เหมาะสำหรับบ่อ Denitrification, Anoxic, Anaerobic ที่มีค่าตะกอนไม่เกิน 1.5%

The RVPG flowmaker is primarily applied in large nitrification and de-nitrification tanks to keep the activated wastewater fully suspendedwith gentle mixing. Basically, the propeller consists of 3 blades but it is also available with 2 blades. The propellers are available from ø1700 to ø2200 mm.

The flowmaker can be supplied with motors from 1.1 kW up to 5.5 kW – from 27 RPM to 119 RPM on the propeller. The motor is a 4- or 6-pole motor and it is joined with a double planetary gear. The motor is equipped with a temperature sensor in all windings and with a leakage control in the gear and in the motor. The flowmaker is also available in an ATEX-version.

The MDDR/OMDR is a solution for acid proof application or for a smaller selection tank. The machine run directly at synchronous speed at 1000 (MDDR) or 750 (OMDR) rpm. The motor available at 1.5 to 2.5 kW all stainless steel both casing and propeller. Mind steel with epoxy coating also available

The MRPG is design for mind mixing the wastewater where the tank is not deep enough to use RVPG. The machine using 975-1005 mm propeller diameter and running at 148 rpm. Driven by 0.75-3.0kW motor through planetary gear.

RCPG-ReCirculation Pumps

เครื่องสูบน้ำหมุนเวียน ของ LJM ให้ปริมาณการสูบที่สูบในขณะที่จะมีแรงดันต่ำ เหมาะสำหรับการสูบน้ำหมุนวียนกลับในระบบบำบัดจากปลายบ่อกลับไปต้นบ่อ หรือสูบถ่ายเทน้ำระหว่างบ่อสองบ่อ เช่น จาก Aeration Tank ไปยัง Dinitrification tank เป็นต้น มีขนาดให้เลือกตั้งแต่ 1.5-15kW และพร้อมอุปกรณ์ติดตั้งครบชุด อาทิ Concrete Pipe, Guide Rail เป็นต้น ความเร็วรอบใบพัด 350-450 rpm ปริมาณสูบสูงสุด 1 m3/S ที่ head ไม่เกิน 1 m.

reci-pump is well-suited for pumping large volumes of water at a low head. It is used for the recirculation of water between two tanks – for example between aeration tanks and deni-tanks. RCDR can be supplied with motors from 1.1 kW to 15.0 kW with temperature and leakage control. The machine shall come with LJM standard bracket and concrete pipe. The maximum performance is 1 m3/S at no higher than 1 m.
