The basic CR pump range is available in four different materials: cast iron, two grades of stainless steel and titanium. Cornell’s N-series solids handling pumps are available in discharge sizes from 1.25″ to 30″, and are designed to handle difficult solids handling applications. A range of mounting configurations are available, from close-coupled, SAE engine-mount, and horizontal frame-mount, to vertical and vertical coupled. Featuring enclosed impeller (2” to 10” solids, and flows up 40,000GPM), N-series can also be fitted with a delta impeller to handle stringy materials, rags, etc.

The Grundfos NK/NKG range comprises a complete series of long-coupled pumps that comply fully with either EN733 or ISO2858. The pumps are of the back pull-out design, enabling removal of the motor, coupling, bearing bracket and impeller without disturbing the pump housing or pipework. Even the largest pumps can thus be serviced by one person with a crane. The ISO2858 range of pumps are available with a bearing life of 100,000 hours, and can be fitted with double seals. They available in a stainless steel version as an option.

The OMPG is a medium speed agitator aiming to mix high value of dry matters content. The OMPG type can be supplied from 1.1 to 18.5 kW – 4-pole motor –50 Hz, and with propellers in either stainless or mild steel.

The strong and study planetary gear will guarantee you a very powerful transmission. The propeller revolutions (RPM) are 222 to 350. The agitators are also available in an ATEX version.

RCPG-ReCirculation Pumps

reci-pump is well-suited for pumping large volumes of water at a low head. It is used for the recirculation of water between two tanks – for example between aeration tanks and deni-tanks. RCDR can be supplied with motors from 1.1 kW to 15.0 kW with temperature and leakage control. The machine shall come with LJM standard bracket and concrete pipe. The maximum performance is 1 m3/S at no higher than 1 m.
